I brought my truck in for an oil change and was heavily pressured into buying a new suspension system for my truck despite me just having it done last year. I kept saying no thank you and Austin kept pushing and pushing me to buy things. I have never been pressured like this by the previous manager. I tried to talk to one of the mechanics for their opinion but they no longer work there. I don’t recognize any of these people anymore, it seems like something has happened and everyone has quit or been replaced. I was already considering not returning to this place due to how I was treated but now that everyone seems to have left I’m going to have to look for a new mechanic. This place has gone downhill

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was honest, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the repair. They got my vehicle fixed quickly, and everything was done right the first time. Highly recommend this Midas location!

"Amazing, quick, and convenient service with friendly and helpful customer care. Lexie was fantastic! I'll definitely be back for my other vehicle." I must mention their complimentary tire rotation. And there's lot more they offer with parts and services. Give it a shot!!! Highly recommended!!!

Every time I come here their customer service is amazing. Clint is always friendly and super helpful. I love the fact that he along with everyone else behind the desk are very knowledgeable. Kudos to Midas for hiring people that know what they’re doing and seem to be happy doing it. Always greeted with a smile even when being delivered the bad news for my car, they made the experience a lot better. Thank you Clint, Dave, and Lexie!
